Whether you’re new to the field or looking to elevate your skills, this program is designed to boost your confidence and equip you with innovative strategies for engaging volunteers. In three days of personalized instruction, you’ll dive into key topics such as conflict resolution, ethics, volunteer diversity, and best practices in volunteer management. Course Objectives: - Understand how to plan for assessments, evaluations, and appreciation of key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risk and conflict to create the best workplace environment.
- Explore professional ethics and learn skills for ethical decision making.
- Learn why having a diverse volunteer base is integral for innovation and true community engagement.
