This new CNM training is designed for staff who may be new to supervisory responsibilities. Focus areas will include communication, conflict resolution, team dynamics and performance evaluations. Participants will better understand their roles and responsibilities as a supervisor and be better equipped to foster a positive office culture and improve team productivity. Designed for supervisors with less than 5 years experience.
