Workshop Design

• A half-day, in-person, training session for two executive-level or board representatives from each organization. The training session will cover the leadership continuity planning process
  and templates for developing an effective plan.
• Each organization will independently develop its leadership continuity plan using the templates provided and referencing the training material.
• Following the workshop, CNM will conduct a one-hour consultation with each organization to provide feedback about their plan.
• CNM will conduct a follow-up session with each organization if needed, to review any plan revisions discussed and to provide additional feedback.
