The Cardholder stated above has authorized this payment. If this payment is part of a recurring series of payments, the Cardholder understands the terms and amounts of those recurring payments, and authorizes payment for each of them. Cardholder consent will expire once all scheduled recurring payments have been processed, or if all future recurrences are cancelled. The Cardholder acknowledges that specific payment dates may vary. Examples include, but are not limited to: payment dates falling during weekends, holidays, or during system outages. In order to facilitate the processing of those recurring payments, stored credentials will be used. Those stored credentials will only be used to process payments that are part of this series of recurrences. In order to use those stored credentials for any other payment, Cardholder re-authorization will be required. In the event that a consent agreement must be modified, the new agreement will be sent to the email address associated with the invoice.

If this payment is for MEMBERSHIP: By completing this payment, you acknowledge and agree that your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method will be charged accordingly. You authorize us to process recurring payments until you cancel your membership. You may cancel at any time by emailing expert@thecnm.org. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

If this payment is for PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, you may send a substitute or receive a credit.

Credits: CNM requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation in order to provide credit for full value of registration. Credits expire at the end of the calendar year the original charge was incurred. For other cancellations, CNM may provide credit at its discretion. Please contact education@thecnm.org to reserve or use a credit. No credit is provided for no-shows. Occasionally CNM has to cancel or postpone a class because of low registration numbers or an instructor has to postpone/change/cancel the date or time of the seminar. If this happens, you will receive a credit for the full amount of your registration which can be used toward any other class in the future.

Substitutions: If you cannot attend a class for which you are registered, you may send a substitute. Please contact CNM at education@thecnm.org and let us know who will be attending in your place. Substitution is not an option for any of CNM’s certificate programs once the program has started.

Member Rates: You must be an employee of a current member organization or have an individual membership to use the member discount code. If you are at the checkout and the member rate has not been applied, please call CNM at 214-826-3470 for assistance. Members who register and pay the non-member rate will not be refunded the difference.
